The gates to Kenan Stadium will open at 6 p.m. ET, 90 minutes prior to kickoff. We encourage fans to arrive to their seats early as the pregame festivities will begin prior to kickoff.
Stadium has a no re-entry policy
ADA Parking will be located in the Manning lot and additional information can be found below. Accessibility permits are valid in the Manning Lot and must be accompanied by a valid state disability plate, placard, or permit. Pre-purchased Manning permits presented without an accompanying state accessibility plate, permit or placard WILL NOT be honored on match day. Alternative parking will not be provided.
Parking permits are not valid or allowed in the parking lots prior to 5:30 p.m. Permits may be printed or displayed on the phone and presented to the attendant for scanning.
Accessibility shuttles circulate through the Manning Lot and provide transport to Gate 6 of Kenan Stadium beginning 5:30 p.m. and operate until 15 minutes after the start of the match. Shuttles operate for approximately 45 minutes following the match. Emergency ride back is provided during the match by EMS request.
Day of Game Exchanges
On the day of the event, please scan into the stadium using your original ticket. Upon entry please make the gate supervisor aware of your need for accessible seating. At that time you will be relocated to an accessible area.
Alcohol, specifically beer and wine, will continue to be served at multiple locations throughout Kenan Stadium this season. Fans are limited to two alcoholic beverage per transaction. Alcohol sales will be available starting when gates open and end at the 75th minute of the match.
Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted at Kenan Stadium, with the exception of those with interchangeable lenses larger than 6". Video cameras may only be used during pregame and halftime.
As instituted in 2021, food and merchandise transactions will continue to be cashless. This limits the contact between guests and employees and improves the flow and speed of transactions to help reduce wait times. Accepted payment options include, but are not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Our vendors have invested in their point of sales systems and transaction times are expected to be much shorter this season!
Carolina Athletics encourages fans to leave all bags at home, but the following items will be allowed into Kenan Stadium.

Cackalacky BBQ Shack has all of your Famous Carolina BBQ favorites available in sections 102, 110, 121 and 129
Last but not least, Ty’s Treats is serving up “Tar Heel Funnel Cakes” & Deep fried Oreos in Section 123.

As instituted in 2021, all ticket purchasers will receive their tickets via email, allowing them to download their mobile tickets into their Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay Wallet (Android) prior to arrival. Prior to entering the gates, ticketholders should ensure their contactless tickets are downloaded and available to be scanned by a representative or ticket pedestal. All fans will also have access to My Account 2.0 via their GoHeels account. My Account 2.0 eases the ability to transfer tickets to friends and family and has a seamless process to resell tickets on SeatGeek – all from your mobile phone!

South Orange Rescue Squad provides first aid at Gate 2 (on the north side) and Gate 6 (on the south side) of Kenan Stadium.

Buffets will be set up in all premium spaces. Food options will range from gameday hot dogs to specialty chef items. Soda, tea and water will be available. Please note, food service will conclude at the 75-minute mark of the match.
Bar
Purchase of beer and wine beverages from a cash bar in a premium space is available.
Day of Event Entrance
Please refer to our stadium map found under Access Points (Stadium Entry) to reference premium areas. Premium ticket holders will be provided with a wrist band at the entry of the premium space.

During an event, guests may check with Game Operations staff at Gate 2 or Gate 6 to see if a lost item was found and turned in. After an event, all unclaimed items are turned over to Game Operations personnel within the Department of Athletics. Additional information may be obtained by sending an email to: AthleticsLostAndFound.svc@email.unc.edu.
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member. The notified person will then contact appropriate personnel to ensure the quickest resolution to the situation. If a child is separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police officer or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return the child to that location.

Public parking passes are presold in a variety of lots surrounding Kenan Stadium on the Carolina Athletics website. No parking will be available for sale on-site at parking lots on match day.

Chapel Hill Transit provides the Tar Heel Express shuttle service from local Park and Ride lots and downtown Chapel Hill for this event. Tar Heel Express boarding passes are available on the Carolina Athletics website. No boarding passes are available for sale at park and ride locations on match day.

Shuttles will start at 5:30 p.m. and operate continuously until approximately 15 minutes after the start of the match. Shuttles operate for approximately 45 minutes following the match.
The pre-match drop-off and post-match pick-up location is along South Road in front of Carmichael Arena and Woollen Gym.
Bell Tower Tailgates

Kenan Pines Tailgate
Kenan Pines – located in the woods at Kenan Stadium between Gates 2 and 3 – will provide an exclusive area for fans to utilize prior to the match. The atmosphere will include food offerings, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, large TVs for viewing and yard games for hundreds of fans to enjoy. Don't forget to recycle your bottles and cans inside Kenan Stadium! Bins can be found throughout the venue and at the gates. Take your plastic stadium cups home and reuse them at your next tailgate! The tailgate recycling program has changed. Recyclables are no longer accepted in plastic bags. To recycle, please pick up a paper bag at a Rameses Recycles tent in select lots or bring your own from home. Next, bring your paper bag full of bottles and cans back to the tent. Please do not put cups or food in the recycling bags. Look out for Rameses Recycles volunteers and Tar Heel Ambassadors to help guide you! Thank you for tailgating responsibly, leaving your space clean, and helping us recycle!
Seating locations within Kenan Stadium are reserved exclusively for guests holding valid admission tickets. Aisles should be kept clear at all times. Emergency situations require that stairways also be kept clear. Guests are prohibited from sitting or standing in the aisles or walkways. Stadium re-entry is prohibited.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill prohibits smoking and other tobacco products in buildings and areas controlled by the University. Therefore, no smoking is permitted in or within 100 feet of Kenan Stadium.
We want to make sure fans stay hydrated in Kenan this season! Free water will be available on the concourse at every game via the water monsters at Gate 6, Gate 5, Gate 3, Gate 2 and Gate 1. Fans are also allowed to bring in up to two 20 oz. unopened bottles of water to use and refill to stay hydrated.
